The inform phase is where we create the engagement with the target customer. We present our client’s products and/or services in a compelling way that answers all the questions a customer may have. The purpose of this phase is get the customer informed enough to make a purchase decision.
This is where many clients fall short. They spend all their time and money bringing people in the front door while they leave the back door open. The easiest dollar to make is the second dollar of a current customer. We manage your customer database to make sure your customers stay informed about new products and services but we also make it easy for them to pass the word on to their friends and family.
