Define

In order to deliver excellence we have to make sure we’re both on the same page.  The Define Phase is where we define the problem, the target customer/s, success metrics, project requirements and functionality.  We create a plan that is approved and moved into the next phase.

Design

This is where form starts to emerge.  It’s a lot easier to change a drawing than it is to change code.  We create wireframes of the end result so our client can start to visualize the end result and how it will work.  This phase is approved and from this point on we take it from there.  There shouldn’t be any surprises when we’re done.  Surprises are for Christmas and Birthday’s and that’s it.

Develop

Whether it’s a mobile web site, online ad or ecommerce site this is the phase where everything comes together.  Our craftsmen take the approved information from the Define and Design phases and bring them to life in a finished product.

Deploy

The Deploy Phase is where we test to make sure that the end result matches the approved requirements from previous phases.  We test the site on the latest browsers and make sure all reporting aspects are in place and working properly.  The next step is launching the site into production.  We keep a close eye on our work the first week after launch so we can quickly fix any issues that may arise.  After that we work with our clients to manage their site as needed
