Sprint wanted to understand the voice of the customer. They had been gathering customer information in various ways. They needed a platform where customers could feel comfortable and communicate with each other while allowing Sprint analyst to interject various information to gauge the customer's reaction.
We created an online customer marketing platform. A platform that allowed customers and non-customers to communicate with each other about various information that was interjected. Information like competitive products, product ideas, usage ideas, etc. The platform included video, photo sharing, member search, polling questions and surveys.
There are so many individual items that can be measured they are too numerous to mention. The concept for this solution was to gain insight from current customers and non-customers. Understanding the needs of your customers will keep your brand relevant.
